Church rules of entry added as a link on Home page

There will be a service of Holy Communion on Sunday August 30th at 9.30am at St Andrew's. 

Online services for the Benefice will continue every Sunday during August.

Sadly, due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, we are unable to worship together in the usual way. On Sunday's  the four churches in the United Benefice of Batley – St Andrews,  All Saints, St Pauls and St Thomas' - invite you to join us in a different form of worship.

Revd Dr Martin Naylor, Curate of All Saints, Bedford, St Albans Diocese will be licensed as Priest in Charge of the proposed United Benefice of All Saints' Batley, St Andrew Purlwell, St Thomas Batley and St Paul Hanging Heaton on Friday 11 April 2014.

Reverend Brian Geeson sadly passed away on 3rd September 2012, in hospital aged 82 years, Reverend Brian Geeson (former teacher at St John Fisher High School) much loved husband of Esme, dearly loved dad of Christine and Ruth, respected father in law of Jan and Leo and beloved grandad of Marie, Silvana, Thomas and Francesca.

He will be sadly missed at St Andrews. May he rest in peace and be raised in glory.
